I'm Back

I disappeared from my blog but I did not mean to. Life got busy and each day I meant to write and I never found the time. Managing school work, house work, work, the boyfriend, friends, and everything else tends to take up a lot of time for me!

In recent news... I got a new car and I am very happy about it. I said goodbye to my first car, a 1990 Geo Prizm which I had for 6 years. I bought a 2005 Toyota Corolla S and I love it!

I did not expect to be sad when I got rid of my car. But, I was. Even though I wanted a new car so badly I had so many memories in my first little car. I am so happy with my new one though!

I spent three hours of my night last night watching the Bachelor even though I new who was going to win from the spoilers online. But I feel so bad for Tenley. Although, if Jake wants someone like Vienna then he clearly is not good enough for Tenley! Just had to point that out.

I am extremely excited today because one of my best friends from high school is going to be visiting THIS WEEKEND! She moved to England 2.5 years ago, met a boy, had a baby 6 mo. ago, and just decided that she needed to book a ticket and come visit very soon. I couldn't be more excited. I know that we will pick up right where we left off! Isn't it great to have friends that will always be friends even when space and time separate you? I just love her!

This past weekend I did something I have never done before. I went skiing for the first time. It was hard but so much fun! I fell. A lot. But I have to say that probably half the times I fell was because I saw a big hill coming up which led to panic and resulted in me making myself fall over! Ha! It was a great weekend though. I needed a get-a-way like that. My boyfriends dad and step-mom rented a condo at a resort where we all stayed the night. The resort had an outdoor ice rink so we got to ice skate also! What a workout..skiing and then ice skating! It was sure fun and I enjoyed the hot tub so much after ice skating!

I think that is all of the exciting things that have been happening around here. I am going to be better about posting. I promise.
